The site
This is a podcast website. Use it to find episodes, send us things, and get your guest paperwork. Don't try to break it.
What you send us
When you submit a story, question or clip, you're telling us it's yours to send and you're giving us permission to read it, quote it or play it on the show and in clips from the show. You keep it. You can still tell it anywhere else.
What's ours
The episodes, the artwork, the name and this site belong to Apex Global LLC dba Apex3D. Clip us and share us all day. Don't re-upload whole episodes as your own.
No advice
Everything on the show is opinion and experience. Hunting and firearms laws are different in every state and change often. Check your own regulations. What works for us is not a legal opinion or a safety instruction.
Guests
If you come on the show, the appearance release you sign governs your episode, and it wins over anything on this page.
Changes
We'll update this when something changes. Nevada law governs.
